Our Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any information collected from you is stored in a database solely for the purpose of processing your order. Your information will never be shared with a third party.

Photographs submitted by our customers will not be used by Bonjour, Baby! on this website or in any marketing material without the express consent of the parent/guardian of the child pictured. Likewise, none of your child’s identifying information (name, birth date, etc.) will be used without express parental/guardian consent. Bonjour, Baby does retain the right to use any design with replacement of images and information in all cases.

Photo Ownership

By submitting a photo to Bonjour, Baby!, you are certifying that you are the parent or guardian of the baby whose photo you submit, or have obtained the consent of the parent/guardian to display the baby’s photo on any Bonjour, Baby! product.

By submitting a photo to Bonjour, Baby!, you are certifying that you own or have the rights to use any information or pictures submitted by you. You agree to accept legal responsibility and to hold harmless and indemnify Bonjour, Baby! for liability and damages incurred by the processing and reproduction of copyrighted materials.

It is illegal for Bonjour, Baby! to reproduce any professionally taken photographs without the express written consent of your photographer. Scanned images of professional photographs will be rejected. Any order submitted with a photograph suspected to be professionally taken will be placed on hold until such time as you can obtain a copyright release form from your photographer.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our product, all sales are final and no refunds or returns will be issued unless there is a problem with the order due to our error after customer approval of the final proof. Refunds will not be issued for spelling, grammatical or factual errors overlooked by the customer in the final proof.

Refunds will not be issued for any Bonjour, Baby item shipped to the wrong address where the customer has supplied Bonjour, Baby! with an old or incorrect shipping address.

Bonjour, Baby! retains copyright on graphic images and the content of this website. All designs on this site contain original, copyrighted artwork. Reproduction of any Bonjour, Baby! design in any format is prohibited.

Modifications to Terms of Service

Bonjour, Baby! may change the content of the TOS at any time at its sole discretion without notice. Because we may modify all or any part of these TOS from time to time without notice to you, you should check back often so you are aware of your current rights and responsibilities. Your continued use of a given Service after changes to the TOS have been published on that Service constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated TOS. If at any time the TOS are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of the Services.
