All Bonjour, Baby! cards are professionally printed onto a sturdy cover stock using state-of-the-art digital printing presses. These cards are not printed at home or in a photo lab on photo paper. Are envelopes included in the purchase price? TOP

Envelopes are shipped directly from the printer with your order and unfortunately cannot be ordered in advance. If you are concerned about saving time addressing envelopes, please consider ordering coordinating return address labels. Can you print in quantities not specified on the order forms? TOP
All photo cards must be ordered in sets of 25. Can you print other card sizes? TOP

When completing an order on-line, you will have the opportunity to submit basic customization information. Upon receipt of an order, Bonjour, Baby! will contact you with further instructions for the submission of photographs. I see a design I would really like with some modifications. Is that possible? TOP
We are always happy to work with you to create the perfect photo card. If your modification requests are simple, there is no additional charge for the changes. If your requests are more involved, you may be charged a $25.00 custom design fee. No additional fees will be charged without the customer’s express consent. Can you print on the back of your cards? TOP
The back of the cards carry over the colors and design elements from the front of the card for a finished, cohesive look. You can use the back for custom text or additional photos for a one-time $25.00 charge. Bonjour, Baby! places a small logo and copyright mark on the back of all photo cards. Should I edit my photos before sending them to you? TOP
Bonjour, Baby! performs all editing, including cropping, conversion to black & white or sepia, touch-ups, background removal, etc. There is no need to edit your photos before sending them. I cannot decide which photo I like best. Can I send more than one? TOP
We would be happy to help you decide which of your photos would best suit your card choice. Can I use photographs taken by a professional photographer or at a photo studio? TOP
Photographs taken at photo studios and by professional photographers are, by law, the property of the photographer or studio taking the photo. Bonjour, Baby! can only accept professional photographs where the photographer or studio has given his or her express written consent to do so. In most cases, your photographer can sell you the rights to one or more of your photos for a fee (which varies). If you would like to use a professional photograph, please contact Bonjour, Baby! for a Copyright Release form. What is the turn-around time on orders? TOP
From the point you approve a final proof, you can expect to receive your photo cards in approximately 7 days. Printing and shipping times may increase right before the holidays, so please plan ahead. Can you expedite shipping? TOP
At this time, expedited shipping is not an option. Can I receive a sample card to check the quality/printing for myself? TOP
Absolutely! Fill out the sample request form on the website and we will be happy to mail you a card sample. We will try to accommodate requests for card types (i.e. baby boy, baby girl, holiday), however we cannot guarantee a particular card design.
